So got to play with my baby niece today. Sheapos;s interested in soda cans, apparently because theyapos;re brightly-colored. At one point, I held a Coke can up for her to see. She liked it. A lot. She was fascinated, and tried to grab it. I squeezed the sides, to make a soft clunking sound. Yes, this was definitely an object worthy of attention. Then I plunked the top of the can and she practically jumped out of my brotherapos;s arms to try to launch herself at the can.

She is being taught well, this young one.

Also, apparently sheapos;s got a lot in common with my budgies.
